The app operates uniquely. Your Beans account is not associated with a conventional CBU or IBAN; rather, it is identified by your username.
This username is exclusively employed for transferring funds within the Beans app. To send money to your Beans account from external sources, you'll need to utilize the CBU/IBAN provided by our local partner.
Our local partner, a company assisting in payment processing, facilitates the transfer process. When you send money to Beans using the CBU/IBAN of the local partner, they receive the funds and subsequently transfer them to your Beans account.
If you want to deposit to the Beans app, you will need to create a deposit transaction with one of our partner. They will provide you with a CBU or IBAN.
