Recover your account if you forgot your PIN

When you created your Beans account, you set a main email, a recovery email, and a PIN. To recover your account following these steps you’ll need access to your main email and your recovery email.
Here’s how to recover your account if you’ve forgotten your PIN:
1. Click on “Log in.”

2. Enter your main email and press “Check.” A six-digit code will be sent to that address.

3. Enter the code you received and press “Next”.

4. Click on “I forgot my pincode.”

5. Enter your recovery email and press “Check.” A six-digit code will be sent to that address.

6. Enter the code you received and press “Next.”

That’s it — your account has been recovered! You’ll be taken to the main screen.
