Beans is able to offer competitive rates because all transfers are made directly between individuals, eliminating intermediaries. In addition, the fact that it is a non-custodial wallet ensures that each user retains full control over his or her money, preventing any access by Beans. This means that each transaction is final and irreversible, both for the user and for Beans.


If you have made a mistake, we recommend that you contact our support team. They can help you by contacting the receiving account holder and requesting a refund, provided the recipient is willing to do so. Please note that their ability is limited to asking the recipient to return the money, without being able to initiate further action.
