This guide will help you to cancel and refund your money when you have created a withdrawal with MoneyGram and have send the money to their account already!
1. Navigate to your Activity tab to find a list of your withdrawals
2. Find the withdrawal that you want to cancel in the list and open it.
3. Click “Continue” to go to the MoneyGram page with an overview of your transaction.
4. Click the "Cancel transaction" button at the bottom of the page.
5. Select the reason of cancellation, confirm the cancellation, and finish
6. The cancellation should be processed almost immediately and the funds will arrive back in your account.
